We process your replacement windscreen or replacement car window glass insurance claim from start to finish, handling all documentation and contact with your insurance company.
If you have comprehensive insurance, supply us with details of your insurance at time of booking and if you are covered, the cost of the repair will be billed to your insurance company directly (limits may apply*). In most cases, if you are having your Windscreen replacement then you will only be required to pay the excess amount detailed in your policy. If your windscreen can be repaired many insurers will cover the cost of the repair and you are not required to pay any excess.
If your insurance policy does not cover windscreen damage you will still receive a substantial discount off the standard stock item at the time of replacement, although you will be required to pay the invoice at the time of fitting.
* If your insurer imposes a windscreen excess or limit, the excess or amount which exceeds the limit must be paid at the time of repair or replacement.
Customers registered for VAT will also have to pay the VAT at the time of repair or replacement.
