The health of our customers and staff is a matter we take very seriously. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we take the following measures:

• • We regularly check our staff to ensure that they are showing no symptoms what-so-ever of the virus prior to their working day

• • Check with all customers we visit that they do not show any symptoms at all before our technicians come to complete the job.

• • Gloves are worn throughout the entire job, then changed with every new job

• • Our windscreen technician team sanitise their hands – before and after windscreen replacement and repairs

• • Our technicians will sanitise any areas touched both inside and outside your vehicle before and after completion

• • Contact is avoided with the customer throughout the duration of the windscreen repair or replacement

Payments can be carried out over the phone, resulting in no need for physical contact. All our employees are regularly updated on the current requirements for maintaining their health and reducing the risk to others.
